I have no extraordinary talents. Nothing I do or create will ever be trademarked or copyrighted. But I'm here to reconcile how I go to be a "kinder Katie". And no, that doesn't mean what you think it might. I was never a mean Katie to begin with. But rather, how I got to be the conscientious consumer or earthly aware individual that I now am.
In this blog I hope to share information about what I've done, the products I've used, the books and articles that challenge my thinking, and the meals I've prepared for my family. All with a "kinder " mind frame.
