This recipe is a super hydrater due to using coconut water instead of regular water. It has great natural sugars and contains more potassium than a banana.
Perfect for when you really need that extra hydration boost. I also find that it makes the smoothie a bit creamier which I dig.
4 cups organic baby spinach
Directions:
1 organic celery stalk
1 cup frozen organic strawberries
1 organic Bartlett pear
2 cups unsweetened coconut water
Directions:
Blend ingredients on high until smooth. Store in glass mason jars for up to 3 days in refrigerator.
