Banana Almond Chocolate Shake

For those days when you put in a killer yoga session or for when you just need a little extra pep in your step, this shake is amazing. It's also super satisfying for those of you that have a sweet tooth but who avoid refined sugar like the plague ( as you should peeps, that stuff is bad news boo).

Recipe:

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 small bananas
2 medjool dates
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp raw cacao powder 

Optional: 

Use frozen bananas and add in 1 tsp unrefined coconut oil and 2 tbsp organic shredded coconut flakes. To make it thicker, add in 1 tbsp chia seeds. 

Directions

Blend above ingredients on high until smooth. Makes two servings. One for you, one for your boo.
