These sweet potatoes fries are too.much.to.handle. Even Nug loved them and well, kids are weird. One day they devour a cornucopia full of fruits and veggies, the next day all they want is Mac n cheese (Annie's, none of that Kraft brand crap please). So I say if these are nug approved, they are worth making again and again!
6 small sweet potatoes
4 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
2 tbsp chili powder
6 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
5 tsp arrowroot starch
Directions:
Wash and cut sweet potatoes into even wedges. Place in a bowl and add in above ingredients. Toss mixture with hands to disperse seasoning. Lay wedges in a single layer onto two cookie sheets. Bake in oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, tossing occasionally.
